Last week I received one of the best mail ever! It was the Burberry essentials voxbox sent by Influenster to test out. I was super excited, especially because I LOVE LOVE LOVE highlighters and literally own 12 different ones.
Burberry is known for their highly pigmented and high quality makeup line that recently introduced highlighters to their beauty collection. In short amount of time their highlighters have already won awards such as Allure 2016 Best of Beauty. This luxurious and award winning brand is free of paraben, sulfates, and phthalates. Burberry essentials box contained Burberry Beauty Fresh Glow highlighters in 3 different form: luminous fluid base, highlighter (powder form), and highlighting luminous pen. Burberry Beauty Fresh Glow line of highlighters can be found at your local Sephora, ranging in price from $37.00 -$68.00 per product. The packaging of all of these products are made from high quality materials which adds the look and feel of luxury.
Burberry Beauty Fresh Glow Luminous Fluid Base highlighter in No. 2 Golden Radiance priced at $48.00.
What it claims to do “This 55 percent water-infused primer glides across the skin with incredible ease and hydrates instantly. Its blend of mirror-flat intense reflection pearls help to blur minor imperfections for shimmer-free, youthful-looking luminosity. The universal shade, Nude Radiance No.01, adds a fresh, dewy glow to any skin tone, while Golden Radiance No.02 gives skin a warmed tone.”
How to apply: Wear it alone or mix it with your foundation, primer or even your tinted moisturizer. For extra glow you can add highlighter fluid on the cheekbone, bridge of your nose or Cupid’s bow.
Review: I mixed the fluid in with my foundation. It wore beautifully on my skin and gave me a perfect and natural sun kissed glow to my skin with out being glittery or oily. It felt very light and moisturizing on my skin. Gave me the most perfect dewy and youthful looking finish.

What it claims to do “Capture the radiance of light to illuminate your complexion. The Fresh Glow Highlighting Luminous Pen glides effortlessly across the skin with precision to highlight targeted areas of the face. With a perfectly universal shade that suits every skin tone, it can be brushed onto bare skin or over foundation. ”
How to apply: Apply it at the inner corner of the eyes and along the cheekbones to brighten, or on the Cupid’s bow to create the illusion of fuller lips.
Review: First thing, I LOVED and noticed about this product is that little goes a long way and had the best brighting effect which was perfect for my inner corner of my eyes. Its so creamy and can blend in easily, even with just your finger tip! For even better results, I like to add the powder highlight on top. I can see that this would be very complementary to any skin tone. I can also see it being very versatile by even being worn as eyeshadow. I love this little product because I can keep in my purse for on the go glow!

How to apply: Use the highlighter on the cheekbone, bridge of your nose or on the Cupid’s bow to create the illusion of fuller lips.
Review: I was most excited about this product out of the three. It was highly pigmented and didn’t feel chalky at all, very finely milled and felt very smooth! This powder form highlighter is amazing and it looks so nice. It’s not sparkly by any means but VERY natural in a rose gold color, which is perfect for all complexions.
Overall I absolutely loved all of these products, soIf anyone is looking for that J-lo summer glow…. here you go!
