Don’t you hate it when you invest so much of your time and money to find the perfect summer dress, but then you end up wearing it only once? I do that all the time!!! So when I found this blue striped cold shoulder ruffle dress (fits all the criteria of this summers hottest trend) for $17, I knew I had to have it. My bank account was even pleased!! The material on this dress is 100% cotton, which makes it light and flowy. I paired it with yellow earrings (which were for $11 at Kohls,) and yellow lace up Sandals for that perfect pop of color to make the look even better and oh so summery!!
