GUESS WHOS BACK!!! BACK AGAIN!!! NO! Not slim shady but me!! Sorry for being MIA for a while. While I was absent on the blog, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. And also got my older son in the groove of being a 2nd child and potty trained (literally the shittiest job of being a parent). But I have been active on Instagram, so if your not following me on Instagram….then what are you waiting for?!?! Now that my excuses are out the way lets get back to the important topic of SHOES!!!!
When I think of Spring/Summer shoe trend without a doubt I think of the classic wedges. They are always on trend (well the classic designs are) and are so comfortable when it comes to heels. Lately all over Instagram and I have been obsessing over some cognac wedges. When I found out that they were Marc Fisher Adalyn wedges prices at $160, my brown-girl budget ass went on a hunt for some dupes.
Thanks to google my job was already done, first thing that popped up were the Steve Madden Jaylen wedges, which looked exactly like the Marc Fishers. Now when it comes to affordable shoes we all know that Steve Madden is the king in price and comfort. So without any hesitation I ordered a pair from DSW for $50 (listed at $60 but DSW most of the time has coupons or some deals so scored additional 20% off). When they arrived… like all of us do I tried them on and OMG they were so beautiful and oh so comfortable….you have to get your a pair. So I ended up ordering the other two colors they offered!!! #SCORE!!!
